All meat from our breeding stock is unvaccinated, grain-free, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free. 

Icelandic sheep are an ancient heritage breed that has remained pure, with fine muscle fiber that creates meat so tender and mild that you can enjoy it any day of the week. 

Our family's boutique flock of heritage, horned Icelandic sheep is raised naturally and humanely - no castration or tail docking is even necessary. We let our ewes gradually wean their own lambs off milk. Our flock consumes a free-choice mineral mix that includes essential vitamins, selenium, and other minerals, dried Icelandic kelp, and diatomaceous earth. They feed on local grass hay, hillside grasses, and wild shrubs.
