Shipping policy

Frozen meat cuts are mailed 1 or 2-day shipping only. We will pack the meat with dry ice that is designed to last 3 days as a precaution.

We may black out shipping dates during times when there are most often shipping issues, such as December 5-Jan 5, or during a heat wave when frozen food items could be at risk. We will do our best to announce these in advance to our customer list.

Skulls and Pelts are not affected by these high-risk dates and will ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed.
