Welcome to Forty Anchors, where our family raises horned Icelandic sheep in the mountains of Northern California.
Our operation supports supplying humanely raised, clean, delicacy heritage lamb to all who appreciate it.
Our 2023 lambs were the first group we raised and processed without vaccinations, after receiving requests from local customers. We also guarantee no hormones, no antibiotics, and no grain.
We are now on the 5th generation of American sheep ranchers on Katerina's side of the family! It all started when Katerina's great-grandfather, Elias, immigrated to America from Greece.
